AlphaFree while we build it
One workspace for your whole day
Tasks, notes, habits, calendar, money and documents in one place — with an assistant that proposes the tedious parts and waits for you to approve them.
No card required. Nothing to cancel.
- 6 modules one workspace
- 2 minutes to a set-up account
- Free for the whole alpha

Connects with
- Google CalendarTwo-way event sync
- Google DriveYour files stay in your Drive
- EmailReminders and digests
- Push notificationsOverdue work, on your phone
Digital life is fragmented by default. We read the research and compared eighteen productivity tools before writing a line of Oneviti, and the same three gaps showed up in nearly all of them.
- FIG 0.1
Nothing shares a context
Tasks in one app, notes in another, money in a third. None of them know the others exist, so nothing lines up.
- FIG 0.2
Switching costs the thread
Every jump between tools reloads your working memory. The work is small; the restart is not.
- FIG 0.3
Blank canvases stay blank
Flexible workspaces hand you an empty page. You end up maintaining a system instead of using one.
Modules
Six modules. Run the ones you use.
Every module switches off in settings. A disabled module leaves your navigation and your dashboard, and its pages stop opening — on every device, not just this one. Your data stays exactly where it is.
Tasks
Projects, subtasks, priorities and due dates. Overdue work surfaces instead of hiding.
Notes
Quick sticky notes and longer rich-text documents, searchable and pinnable.
Habits
Daily and weekly habits with streaks, so consistency is visible at a glance.
Calendar
Month, week and day views. Drag tasks, habits and bills straight into a time slot.
Finance
Wallets, transactions, budgets and recurring bills, with spend broken down by category.
Documents
Files stay in your own Google Drive. Oneviti keeps a link and the metadata, not your bytes.
1.0Plan
See the whole day before it starts
One dashboard for what is due, what is overdue, what you committed to and what you spent. Arranged around the focus you picked at sign-up.

- 1.1Focus score
- 1.2Today's agenda
- 1.3Pinned notes
- 1.4Recent activity
2.0Build
Make the small things stick
Daily and weekly habits with streaks and a month-long completion grid, so consistency is something you can see rather than something you remember.

- 2.1Streaks
- 2.2Completion grid
- 2.3Weekly targets
- 2.4Trend charts
3.0Delegate
An assistant that proposes. You approve.
One request can span several modules at once. You see the whole plan before a single record changes.
Ask in plain language
Describe the outcome. The assistant works out which modules it has to touch.
It proposes, you approve
Every suggestion arrives as an editable draft. Nothing is written until you say yes.
Auditable and reversible
Approved actions are recorded, and anything the assistant did can be rolled back.
Example exchange
I'm behind on the client proposal. Move what I didn't finish today to tomorrow and set aside two hours for it.
Here is what I would do. Review it and approve if it looks right:
- TasksReschedule 3 unfinished tasks to tomorrow
- CalendarBlock 09:00–11:00 for “Client proposal”
- NotesAttach the “Proposal outline” note to that block
Nothing happens without your confirmation.
- 3.1Draft approval
- 3.2Cross-module actions
- 3.3Audit trail
- 3.4One-click rollback
4.0Start
A workspace already shaped around you, in under two minutes
Three questions at sign-up. You land in something that already matches how you work, instead of an empty canvas you have to configure first.
Pick your persona
Student, developer, founder, freelancer. It decides what your first workspace looks like.
Choose a focus
What you want to get on top of first. Your dashboard is arranged around it.
Confirm your modules
Keep what is useful, switch the rest off. You can change this any time in settings.
- 4.1Persona presets
- 4.2Focus-led dashboard
- 4.3Module toggles
Trust
What we will and won't do with your account
Oneviti is an alpha. These are the guarantees that hold today — we would rather under-promise than describe a product that does not exist yet.
Sessions you can't leak
Authentication uses HttpOnly session cookies, so no token is readable by page scripts. Traffic runs over HTTPS.
Your data is scoped to you
Every request is checked against the account that owns the record. No shared workspace, no cross-account reads.
Undo is always available
The assistant only acts after you approve, every approved action is written to an audit trail, and it can be rolled back.
Alpha status
What ships today, and what doesn't
We would rather you find the gaps here than an hour after signing up. This list is the product as it stands, not as we plan to describe it.
In the alpha
- Six modules: tasks, notes, habits, calendar, finance, documents
- AI assistant with draft approval, audit trail and rollback
- Google Calendar sync and Google Drive file storage
- Email and push notifications, with an overdue scanner
- Adaptive onboarding — persona, focus, modules
- Responsive web app — phone, tablet and desktop, one palette
Not yet
- A native mobile app. The web app works in a phone browser.
- Shared workspaces. Every account is single-player for now.
- Bank connections. Finance is manual entry during the alpha.
- Paid plans. There is nothing to buy and no card to enter.
